EREWAN ELVES

The Erewan are a fierce tribe of wood-elf hunter-gatherers. They had to leave their home in the great Canolbarth forest because of human overhunting near Selenica. They have no time for any who don't manage resources properly : humanoids, humans, or even their elven cousins. The Erewan particularly resent Belcadiz high-elves, who they feel have betrayed the ancient forest-traditions of their people to adopt a human lifestyle. The Ellerovyn call the Belcadiz half-elves and tensions simmer.
Among the Erewan there are divisions between the elders who council patience and continued involvement in human politics, and the younger generation who favour independence from Glantri.
