It suddenly hit me that the ideal way to incorporate the 4E Tieflings into a 4E Mystara game is to make them Diaboli from the Dimension of Nightmares.  Appearance matches up well, avoids having to shoehorn in a major element.

The appearance matches, but the abilities, AFAIR, do not.
