Hi,
I'm looking for a specific character from one of the Planescape supplements, and I figured this was the right place to ask for it. All I know is that this character was mentioned to be a Shadowelf, most likely from Mystara although I'm not sure if the name of the setting was mentioned. I believe he is a citizen of Sigil, but I'm not sure. Anything you can tell me about this character is of interest for a project I'm working on.

Also, were any other characters, NPCs, items or whatnot referring to the Mystara setting ever mentioned in PS supplements? Consider it a challenge for you PS experts out there!

Seriously though, any help with this will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

You're referring to Farrow. He's detailed in the Uncaged: Faces of Sigil supplement.

Thanks! What is revealed of his background? Is he stated to be from Mystara? The term shadowelf is used about drow on other settings too, but Mystara is the only setting that has a separate race for them, so I figured he must be from that setting.

Does anyone have more detail on this guy?

Farrow does indeed hail from Mystara, being one of the few of his kind to ever have set foot in the city. As for the rest... well, the story is better told in the full context of "Uncaged".

Farrow is very definitely a Mystaran shadowelf, with pale skin, white hair, big ears, and even the purple birthmark of a shaman (though this is actually a tattoo in his case).

Farrow belonged to a group of shadowelf spies and assassins called the Eyes of the Serpent. His job was to help protect his race via any means possible. After blowing his cover in Glantri's School of Magic, Farrow was banished to the AD&D Outer Planes. That's how he ended up in Sigil, where he got a job with the City of Doors' own kingpin of crime.
