Hey, logn time no see. Well, anywho, I'm making as a villain a mystic that worships Chaos. Well, Since I play an epic game, and I don't like epic classes, I've basically just got Mystic, Scourge of Chaos, and Ambient Tempest that would really apply to this guy. So, does anyone else know of any good prestige classes from other books that would fit a follower of Chaos? If I don't have the book, I'm sure my brother, my friend, or my brother's friend does, so it doesn't matter if it's some crazy 3rd party book that nobody else in the world's ever heard of, between us all we probably own it. Thanks.

PS: Oh, and, I didn't ask them about it because I don't want them knowing that they're gogin to fight a Chaos mystic. Thanks.

Perhaps you might like the doomdreamer PrC from Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. It's for clerics of Tharizdun. Seeing as Tharizdun wants to unmake the world and was imprisoned by the other gods for it, it might fit a follower of Chaos.

Try the Wild Mage from Complete Arcane.

Okay...turns out nobody owns Temple of Elemental Evil, although the Gamer's Guild up at IU, where my brother goes to school, might. I know he has Complete Arcane, and I'll look into it. I have Complete Divine, but I'm not sure about the Void Disciple. It seems like it'd fit, but it really doesn't. Now that I have time to look through it, Ur-Priest really seems appropriate, and maybe Entropomancer or Blighter. Barbarian and Paladin of Slaughter (from Unearthed Arcana) would work if I can't find anything else. Oh, and a note: The average character level is about 30, and I'm looking for this guy to be about level 50 for right now. And since I'm basically inserting him after the KoD series, and we're just now in the 3rd chapter of Spectre of Sorrows, I might even need to up that.

Oh, and I'm thinking of giving him as a companion a Chaos Dragon (from Draconomicon), so if anybody knows any good dragon-only prestige classes that would go well, that'd be cool too. Right now, I'm thinking Dragon Ravager or whatever that PrC from the Bestiary is called, and maybe Bloodscale Fury from Draconomicon.

I also have a homebrew PrC I created awhile ago called a "Seeker of Oblivion". If your interested I could e-mail you a copy. I posted it here some time ago, but can't seem to find the thread.

Edit: Actually, I found the thread. Check here for the PrC.

I like those PrCs, well done. I like the concept of the Soulfont, reminds me of an idea for a caster I had (wouldn't work in DL, but for my homebrew world) that casts spells using their own health. They had to spend an equivalent number of Vitality points (I use Vitality/Wounds system) to cast a spell, or pay half cost in Wound points, or pay 1/4 cost in Con damage, or pay 1/8 cost in permanent Con drain. And then you could add metamagic feats to it for extra costs, too, and at later levels taking Con drain gave you more benefits and whatnot. Sorry, I rambled on there, but I still think it's a cool idea.

Eitherwhen, I realized that Favored Soul fit perfectly, so right now he's a Favored Soul 20/Ur-Priest 10/Ambient Tempest 5/Scourge of Chaos 3. I need 18 more levels. If I take the Seeker of Oblivion (which I think I will), then that's 8 more levels needed. So, I guess either 8 levels of Mystic or Entropomancer, what do you guys think? And, what about Blighter? It kinda works, but it also doesn't in some ways, but maybe I'm just taking crazy pills here. Thanks again for the help!

EDIT: I was talking to one of my friends and bouncing ideas off his head, when suddenly I realized that it would be perfect if instead of a regular human, he were an Irda! The last remaining survivor of Irda Island, you know, the one Chaos totally destroyed. He spared this guy because he saw somethign in him that was pure evil, and is now using him to try to return! Plus, with his shapeshifting abilities, he can appear and bizatch-slap the players and they wouldn't even know it was the same guy! So, since an Irda has a LA +2 and no HD (if I remember correctly), he only needs 6 more class levels. What do you guys think?
