If you notice anything that needs to be changed to bring things up to 3.5, post them here.

With new skill focus (+3), many of "sometimes +4 to skill" feats like Inquisitor or Forage will become less useful.

And some +2/+2 to skill feat will be duplicated (doesn't need to be bad if they can stack :D ).

Something interesting from 3.5e conversion guide:
Thri-Kreen: Monstrous Humanoid; 5 ft./5 ft.; Balance +4, Climb +3, Hide +4*, Jump +35, Listen +3, Spot +3; Deflect Arrows (B), Weapon Focus (gythka); LA +1 or +3; Change Intelligence to 10.

So, Thri-Kreen having an average Intellegence of 10 would eliminate the -2 racial modifier? I'd be against that. Keep DS Thri_Kreen a little slow on the uptake. It's part of their charm.

Bard Class Features

On the bottom of page 16, there's an ability called "Versatile" which mentioned exclusive skills.. I don' think there are any exclusive skills in 3.5.. Disable Device & Search are restricted when it comes to complicated traps, and Craft(alchemy) can only be taken by spellcasters, but the word exclusive isn't mentioned.

I assume you'll give the bards some power to use alchemy in 3,5 as well, so that removes all the exclusive skills.

On page 37 (however, there's no indication of the page number, at the bottom of that page), at the end of the description of Crossbow, Giant:

"The Ambidexterity feat lets someone avoid the -4 off-hand penalty...";

On page 39, in the description of Singing Sticks:

"A character proficient with singing sticks may use a pair of
singing sticks as if he had the Ambidexterity feat"
.

The Ambidexterity feat no longer exists.

Page 43 references "The Environment" as being in Ch.3 of the DMG, it's now in Ch. 8.
