This is what Ive gotten so far.

with my rolled stats of 18,18,16,16,14,14

Karnage is going to be a lvl 6 Minotaur brawler. Im thinking of using the 3 minotaur racial lvls plus 2 fighter and Im not sure where the other lvl will go.

Karnage Es-Kaziganthi Uth Martoch lvl 6 Minotaur

Str 24 +7
Dex 12 +1
Con 21 +5
Int 14 +2
Wis 16 +3
Cha 14 +2

Ht 6'8" Wt 305 lbs
Fur White/silver Eyes Blue

Feats
power attack, scent (from the racial lvls), cleave, honor bound, improved intitiative, endurance

What else would you guys suggest. Im aiming to have this guy join a Knighthood, Knight of the Crown (even though perhaps a Minotaur isn't normally allowed to be one) and perhaps advance upwards or stay a Crown Knight.

Oh, and does anyone have a link to the crown Knight info I know it was posted on the wizard boards so Im asking for anything not allowed, hehe.

I think Ive settled on Minotaur racial lvls 3/ fighter 2/ and lvl 1 Crown Knight. I finally found the Crown Knight info in those aweful Wizard boards.

What does the honor bound feat do? Im not asking for the exact info just an idea.

I have to say something to Dragonhelm though. Man the job you did on the racial Minotaur was wicked. I really thought it would be a stupid additional rule but wow do I love it.

Karnage was captured during the War of Souls at a very youthful age and rather than being put to death at such a young age a Knight found an honorable side to him and allowed him to serve out a sentence of labor. After truly seeing what karanage was inside the Knight asked him to become his Squire. After a few tests he was allowed that privialedge and eventually was accepted into the Knighthood though with forever watching eyes, racism and distrust. Karnage has adopted the last name of his patron Sir Ogden Uth Martoch.

Heya, Hammerhand! I've only got a couple of minutes here, as Mrs. Dragonhelm is giving me that, "It's time to do dishes" look. ;)

I'll give some brief replies, then try to get a bit more in-depth later.

It gives you a bonus when there's a matter of honor in question.

Hey, thanks man!

I "borrowed" that from Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed. I really liked the way he presented that, and I could see definite possibilities for Dragonlance.

By the way, guys, I'm going to be writing up an article on racial levels for all the DL races for an upcoming issue of the Tobril. Stay tuned for that.

Have him be on a quest of some sort where the end result is that he saves the life of a knight. This would look quite good in the eyes of the KoS, and they might allow this one exception in the knighthood. As you say, though, through VERY watchful eyes.

Hehe, yes Im sure he would not be welcomed into their trasure trouve on the first day.

I think a great thing about saving the life of a Knight would be Sir Ogden Uth Martoch.

Sir Martoch was watching Karnage working in a field when he was hit in the back by Hobgoblin arrows.

Due to a loss of blood Sir Ogden began to loose consciousness but he did get a glimpse of a roaring beast slashing 3 Hobgoblins to peaces with his fallen sword.

After slaughtering the Hobgoblins Karnage carried his master and slave keeper back to the keep to have his wounds tended even though he surely could have escaped.

The following day he began his life as a Squire to the KOS.

Hows this sound? Oh, Karnage also has white fur which looking like Kiri-Jolith couldn't hurt his chances.
