Since mister Miller is coming these days, I was wondering if he had some tidbits to say about this product:D

Besides what we already know

I'm not really allowed to release info about any projects I'm working on for WW. All of that has to come from higher up in the command stucture than me. I'm but a lowly mercenary.

All I can reveal that if I'm gauging the length of the book right, you'll be able to hold me accountable for roughly half of what's in it when it is released.

I know we can't ask for much, but can I get a rough overview of the book in general, as in what kind of aplicable uses will it have?

I'm currently leaning to it being the Ravenloft Gazetteer of People, however I'm not sure if there's more to it than that.

I don't know that the comparison to the GAZ series holds. Legacy is written mostly "out of voice."

I don't think I'm saying anything there that hasn't been said elsewhere--if I am, I'll get in a heap o' trouble--but Legacy is a book that deals with the histories and natures of Ravenloft's Leading Families and provides some structure and ideas for using them as center pieces in games, whether as NPCs or as PCs who are members of the families.

I'm still dubious over the uses of this book. But I'm dubious about most Ravenloft releases now.

*shrug*

I'm confident you'll find better uses for your gaming dollars then.

You mean to tell me you do not want a million and one powers checks for nothing, and the same information printed all over again ?

But it's Steve Miller. While we may not trust the general releases anymore, we can still trust good authors, right?

I don't spend my dollars on anything, pounds, on the other hand...

Let's just hope that the other half is made up of good illustrations, then

Do you have any other RL projects coming up? You don't even have to be specific, simple yes will suffice

I understand Drinnik's concerns.

I loved most of the books you've worked on in 2ED so your half isn't what worries me.
