I'm still waiting for my copy on Amazon.ca and my local gaming store has yet to receive it. Has anybody in Canada (more specifically Quebec) been able to get their book?

A bit frustrating considering that it's been out in the US for 3 weeks now...

While I cannot speak at all for any Amazon orders, I can tell you that the Canadian game distributors we do business with received their copies of KEY OF DESTINY within days after their U.S. counterparts. In fact, at least one that I'm aware of has already RE-stocked the adventure!

If your local hobby game retailer is saying "it hasn't come in yet," he needs to call his distributor and confirm his original order. It's as available in North America as it's ever going to get!

Guys, check out Le Valet D'Coeur. It's an excellent game store here in Montreal. www.levalet.com You will pay more than with Amazon, but at least you can get the book now. And if you don't like that, try emailing Amazon and complaining about how your local hobby store has the book and you ordered it from Amazon to save money. I did that with the DLCS and Age of Mortals and they gave me free priority shipping.

For the love of Paladine! Aaaaaaaaargh!!!!

Message received from Amazon.ca

I checked your order and saw that "Dragonlance: Key of Destiny" has turned out to be in short supply. We've ordered this item from another supplier and hope to be able to deliver it to you between June 24-July 6, 2004.

Am I EVER gonna get this book???

Since we don't deal directly with Amazon I can't be much help. Once you start working with a hobby game retailer, we can be of much more assistance in making sure you get a book!

Well my local game store hasn't received it either... And it's the only one within 1 1/2 hour drive unfortunately...

I'm soooooo anxious to start up the new campaign... I've been stretching out my current campaign for an extra 9 months now... hehe

If your game retailer says they "can't get" a product, please find out what distributor they use and let us know, or give us the name of the game store and we'll be happy to work with them. If their are wrinkles, we want to iron them out!

I got mine at the Hairy Tarantula in Toronto last week (June 8. 2004).

It's definitely available in Canada.

I got lucky... My local gaming store received the books earlier this week and had only 1 copy left yesterday. I had to rush over, beat up a bunch of kids and snatch it out of their hands.... MINE! MINE!!! ALL MINE!!!

I must've been a black robe in a prior life...

Oh, and I've sent a nasty email to Amazon criticizing their poor service... :D
