Eldur's Light

A chaotic wizard created this spell to mess with a group of Adventurers that did him wrong.

DURATION: 24 Hours
SAVE: Save versus Spell

You touch one object that is no larger than 10 feet in any dimension. Until the spell ends, the object sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. The light can be colored the spellcaster likes. Completely covering the object with something opaque blocks the light.

The object at the end of the duration, must succeed on a save vs spell. A Failed save means the object is disintegrated.

A dispel magic (or anti-magic) spell that ends the spell before the spell completes its duration preventing the object from possible disintegration.

Magic items gets +1 to +5 to their save depending on the power of the item.

Artifacts are not affected.
