Reworked fighter progression

There are many gaps in the current fighter progression – levels where not much happens:

so - here is how things are at the moment:

I'm toying with revising fighter progression a little - adding a few more skills and some AC bonuses, plus changes to weapon mastery (which I'll come back to in another thread) - and have so far come up with this:

2 Cleave (2nd attack on adjacent opponent if 1st kills)
3 Weapon mastery
4 Attacks, saving throws
5 -1 AC
6 Weapon mastery
7 Attacks, saving throws
8 Smash, parry, disarm
9 Name level, weapon mastery
10 Attacks, saving throws
11 -2 AC
12 Two attacks, Weapon mastery
13 Attacks, saving throws
14 Battle tactics ( +1 to party initiative )
15 Weapon mastery
16 Attacks, saving throws
17 -3 AC
18 Weapon mastery
19 Attacks, saving throws
20 Mighty smash (all of strength and maximum dice damage)
21 Weapon mastery
22 Attacks, saving throws
23 -4 AC
24 Three attacks, Weapon mastery
25 Attacks, saving throws
26 Awesome presence (opponents 1/3 of level or hit dice or less save vs. spells or -2 to hit / +2 AC for the combat)

32 Sublime mastery (if Grand Master with a weapon can do maximum damage without having to sue a smash)
