Freezing Darkness

Range: 60 feet

Target: The caster can choose a point within range
Duration: 1 turn

A Cold magical darkness is created at the target location: in 15-foot-radius sphere. The darkness spreads around corners. A creatures with dark vision can’t see through this darkness, and nonmagical light can’t illuminate it.

The Darkness within the radius is frigid temperature causes creatures cold damage and slows the creature. Every round make a save, fail takes 2d4 cold damage, and its speed is reduced by half until the start of your next turn and Save: take 1d4 cold damage and no movement reduction.

If any of this spell’s area overlaps with an area of light or fire created by a spell of 2nd level or lower, light or fire is dispelled.
A 3rd level light or fire spell or higher (like sunbeam or fireball) or a dispel magic will cancel this spell.
