Rakasta racial traits and heroic tier feats
by phoneixmclI drew most of the information from the Monster Catalogue, Monster Compendium, Original Rules for the Rakasta from the Basic Heroes Set, Bruce Heard Articles and X1. It isn't done but it does give an idea of how Mystara 4.0 may look. Please play test and tell me how it works.

Skill Bonuses: +2 Athletics, +2 Nature
Bold: You gain a +5 racial bonus to saving throws against fear.
Warrior Code: When you're bloodied, you gain +1 racial bonus to damage roles.
Fangs of the Rakasta: You can use Fangs of the Rakasta as an encounter power
Fangs of the Rakasta Rakasta Racial Power
In the heat of battle your primal instincts allow you to bite your enemy with your predatorily fangs.

Minor Action Melee
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength vs. AC
Hit: 1d6 + Strength modifier damage. You gain combat advantage against that enemy until the end of your next turn. Increase to 2d6 + Strength modifier damage at 11th level and 3d6 + Strength damage at 21st level.
Heroic Tier Feats
Battle Cat
Prerequisite: Rakasta
Benefit: You gain a loyal animal companion of a young Saber Tooth Tiger. Animal still requires handle animal check to use in combat. (Still working these issues with the MM. will give stats latter.)
Claw Fighter:
Prerequisite: Rakasta
(This option is the same as the Gnoll feat listed in Dragon 367)
Sri'raka Master
Prerequisite: Rakasta
Your loyalty to the warrior code drives your urge for victory. Add 1d6 to your critical damage roles; 2d6 at 21st level.
Cave Rakasta:
Prerequisite: Rakasta
Your life has been spent on the Isle of Dread living amongst the primitive Rakasta tribes. You have learned how to live off the lands. Gain +2 to Nature checks and + 2 Heal checks.
Myoshiman Rakasta
Prerequisite: Rakasta
Your life has been spent on Mystara's moon Myoshima. Your training in the cultural arts has provided you abilities beyond your primitive instincts. Gain +2 to History checks and +1 to Will defences.
