Expanding Darokin: importing the Marionette race from Brancalonia
by Marc SaindonAfter taking a quick look at Brancalonia reviews, there are many concepts to import into Darokin, such as the Marionette race, which are sentient creatures made out of triflewood, a magical wood that serves as a plot device. This can easily be duplicated by having triflewood growing in Canolbarth forest, maybe around the Magic spots (better name needed), making it a relatively rare resource in Darokin as Alfheim is the only legal provider and that poaching on elven turf is dangerous. Maybe the presence of the Good Kingdom also has influence on creating triflewood.
