Mystara's Outer Planes

The Planes of Mystara: Plane of Fire, Plane of Air, Plane of Earth, Plane of Water, The Inner Planes, The Outer Planes, The Plane of Fairie, Limbo
So, I was doing these planar maps last month, but I never got around to sharing my attempt at mapping the Outer Planes. This is still work in progress, but I wanted to show you what I have so far. Still to be added are the home planes of the best known Immortals as well as a few other locations.
Technically speaking, the Inner Planes as all Infinite (Universe Size) planes as is the Astral Plane, but it seemed nicer to place it as a slice of the trunk of Yggdrasil in this diagram.
