Artificer+Necromancer: Necrotech

by Marc Saindon

Davania has Emerond, the kingdom of plant people that use plant-based technology. So maybe as a dark reflection, a Giger-esque kingdom might rise further south, combining the worst aspect of necromancy and artificer magic, grafting zombie parts into a conglomerate creature/factory (if you know V:TM, think of the Tzimisce's Vozhd re-purposed as an assembly line) and the powers-that-be just draining the countryside of its populace to fuel its mad industrial revolution (while they are villains, they do recycle a lot...). wealthier, free citizens might join in the trend: an amputee might graft a zombie arm as a replacement, rather than a wooden facsimile.
