To figure out the gold, silver, copper and gemstones from the mine. I got out my pdf copy of AD&D dungeoneers survival guide:

dungeoneers survival guide page 48 starting on that page all about mines.

For example, a copper mine with a rating of 200 cp means that a single miner working the mine for a week produces a pile of ore that yields a grand total of 200 cp.

smelting 1d10 (5) 50% pure or divide by 2

I went with 1d10 (Average roll 5)

This would be
350 cp per week: copper / 14 gold per month/ 7 gp after smelting
300 sp after melting silver / 120 gp per month/ 60 gp after smelting
200 GP after melting gold / 800 gp per month/ 400 gp after smelting
I took out gemstones threw off numbers to much. (7000 gp per month)

All copper+ silver+ gold then divided by 3 = 155 dc per month per miner (dc for the mining company or Kol)

11K miner x 155 = 1,705,000*

*This does not include cave ins, monsters, or thieves/bandits/raiders. - 20% reduction from events

1,705,000 minus 20% = 1,364,000 dc per month from the Kol's mines
Separate from the Economic Activity Income.
_____________________________________________________________

Optional and up to Uber Micky:

Pure gold: 11k x 400 gp then -20% = 3,520,000 dc per month from all gold mines of Kol

or

copper+ silver+ gold+ Gems the divide by 4= (1,866 dc)
11K miner x 1866 dc then -20% from events = 16,420,800 ** per month (gems include) Kol mines

** This is why I left the gems out of my first calculation. If Kol's mines are making 16m dc per month or 197 million dc per year... :o

[At these prices I would raise miner pay a bit]

Zoa Kram will help run the Vras Kor Nen Nadarog and work on expanding business. Making coin in every way possible for New Kolland, Tholl Votar and Aozy Markov.

New Kolland and Tholl Votar expanded exports ores, mushrooms, unique mounts, spell scrolls, Thunder Grog, Kolland Water (clean water from the Broken Lands), unique paints, phosphorescent ink from fungus, giant slugs, herbal medicines, lava glass, obsidian furniture to carvings, perfumes, skin care products, spiced jerky: Muul'dac Lhaagec, potions, stone sculptures, spider silk textiles, gemstones, underground animals to creatures, all types of fungus, slimes, oozes and components.

Tholl Votar gives guided tours to spelunking to Kol Club's Lava Mud Spa, spells, Youth "Treatment" and culinary experiences.

Miners will get a place in town, water, Fungus Soup, transport to and from the mine and wage of 4 dc per month. Zoa Kram will not tolerate any citizen from a commoner or even an intelligent spider (his skin will still crawl) being turned into a slave and will use his full magic might to correct the problem. Even if he has to wipe out a whole clan of Hill giants to make his point.

Total population in New Kolland 1018-1020 AC about 32,000 to 48,000 I will use 40K total population for math
